Do the buyers have to provide proof of down payment.? Posted: 06 Oct 2007 08:52 AM CDT My clients (buyers) are putting down 20% and financing the remainder. The sellers agent wrote on my contact that the buyer is to provide proof of funds to seller. My client feels that is not something she needs to prove to naybody but the loan officer. |
