Posted: 28 Dec 2009 03:47 PM PST We purchased 3.5 yrs ago with the intentions of moving back to southern California in 5 to 7yrs.The thought was to make money off of the Vegas home but we're obviously in a negative equity situation. I was recently laid off and we thought moving back now and starting a new job in California would be the best idea. But our home is the only thing holding us back. We can still technically afford the home and have been current, but it would hold us back from purchasing in California. We do carry a 5yr ARM due to adjust in May 2011. |
