Posted: 20 Sep 2011 12:37 PM PDT ? I have a friend that is having issues trying to get the approval of new loan? My friend has contacted HR of their employer and they said they can not provide a certified letter due IRS policies for employees. My friend is moving from california to nevada and they already made changes in HR of the IRS of the new address and already made the changes to home owners insurance to the new address to comply to the underwriters conditions. But the underwriter still will not approve the loan yet until the certified letter from the employer. |

I am looking to establish 5 more long term relationships at this time after finally breaking through with a few agents who are now taking advantage of listing their properties on to this uniquie portal. |
