Posted: 11 Sep 2009 09:36 PM PDT sent a counter offer for us to sign. we submitted it and the listing agent states the she will submit to the bank and they will send an addendum for us to sign. after waiting for two weeks we found out that the listing agent accepted another offer and now it is pending. can she accept another offer knowing that she accepted our offer and waiting for the paperwork from the bank so we can close escrow? |
