AT 322 PM PDT...RADAR INDICATED THAT THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN HAD MOVED NORTHWEST OF JEAN...AND ONLY LIGHT RAIN WAS FALLING IN THE ADVISORY AREA.
