Posted: 17 Oct 2011 03:06 PM PDT we're in our 60's. rental potential for purchase as we will not live there full time. minimum yard care and pet friendly neighborhood. if there's hoa, prefer to be under $100 per month. consider foreclosures and short sales. can come up with cash but prefer a loan for 2 years for tax purposes. good credit. not in a hurry. |

I need to find the who holds the mortgage on a piece of property in Las Vegas, NV. Thank you Posted: 17 Oct 2011 11:52 AM PDT The house next door to me is vacant and in foreclosure. A while ago, the landscaper told me he was hired by the bank. Saturday he was using some hedging tool in a rock flower bed and rocks were hitting my house and windows. I went and told him and he not only stopped, he left immediately, which was strange as he never cut the grass or did anything else. I believe he saw the hole in the window as from his vantage point, it was obvious he broke the window. I didn't notice until a few hours later. I want to get in touch with the bank who hired them to make him replace the window. Thank you |

Demand for 6-9 month rental agreements, winter months, Summerlin Posted: 17 Oct 2011 08:17 AM PDT I have almost decided to begin looking for either a condo or townhouse in the Summerlin area. We would be looking at 2bed, 2 bath, newer construction, gated, amenities, $40-65000 range, 1100 sq. ft plus. Ez access to to the strip, close to shopping, low crime, etc. Question is, until our daughter graduates from school, we would only be using during the summer months-June,July,August, after 4 years we most likely will use more often, perhaps full time. Would we have a very good chance of finding renters agreeable to 6-9 month agreements? Looking at averages for HOA/Other Fees/Taxes, looks like they would total around $3000 per year. I also would want to hire a property management co. With all of that in mind, I would be happy to base the monthly rent on covering the annual fees for the unit, plus some extra to cover any maintenance items. Interested in your thoughts, opinions. Thank you very much! |
