Average Amount of Time to Close Cash Transaction Condo/Townhouse

I imagine the closing time varies depending on type of purchase-bank owned, foreclosure, short sale, etc., but if someone could give me the average length of time to close a cash transaction, condo/townhouse, I would most appreciate.
