Help! I am so confused and need answers

Posted: 14 Oct 2009 10:39 AM PDT

I live in Nevada, I received a letter from a realty office stating that it showed our house was set for action, at first I thought it was a badmarketing trip, but they provided the County Records' #. I called, and it was true. I called our property manager and she acted like she didn't know anything, she called me back and said that they were modifying the house and that it was cancelled. According to the day the house was set for auction, it wasn't cancelled. First she told me they were refinancing, then they were modifying, then it was cancelled. The house has been in foreclosure for awhile now. She tried to collect rent and I told her that I wasn't paying until I knew what was going on. She said okay, she understood???? Is that normal......how do I find out what happened at the auction?
