Which of those areas are the safest from burglaries, and have the best views? I'm coming again to LV and would appreciate local insider points of view on these (or other) areas. Thanks!

I am currently living in a rental home that was foreclosedand is now owned by Fannie Mae.At the present time it is my husband , myself and our five children.Unfortunately, wedo not qualify for cash for keys. My children are quite involved in their school activities as well as exceeding in their schoolwork. I would like to purchase this home to keep from uprooting my family and to move into a less than desirable neighborhood or a failing school zone.Unfortunately, I do not meet requirements for FHA . Is there anyone out there financing under 600 any more. Is Fannie Mae giving any options other than a month to month lease to only be kicked out in thirty days or less? Please help , I'm desperate for answers in Las Vegas.
