I would like to make my search critiria to only property over 1/2 arce. How do I do this?

I am looking for a home in Las Vegas or Henderson from $50,000-$250,000 with 3-5 bedrooms, 2 bath, on a min of 1/2 acres. How do I search for listing that are a min 1/2 acre. Even if it is more than a 1/2 acre your site will only bring it up if I put in over a 1/4 acre and all other sites don't allow that search at all. Any suggestion.

I wonder if there are other RE investors on this site who have purchased an investment property through REPO or short sale but do not live in Las Vegas. Can you please share your experience in buying and managing the property from distance? I am particularly interested in hearing your experience of working with a realtor to purchase the property (how many trips did it take before you get it done?) and your experience of working with a property management company (how do you find a good one?), etc.?
