Is too early to start the buying process? What's our next step? Posted: 22 Jan 2009 10:50 AM CST We live in VA and are moving to Vegas in June 09. We have worked with a mortgage lender to know how much house we can afford, etc but do not have a realtor yet. We are interested in this house, but what should our next step be since we live so far away? How does buying a house in another state work - obvioulsy it's more difficult but should our realtor be finding us properties and then we schedule a trip to Vegas to look at them? Is it to early to start the buying process? As first time home buyers it's very overwhelming!! -- This question is about this property: http://www.trulia.com/property/1069664490-1868-Citroen-St-Las-Vegas-NV-89142 |
