We had a rough start that morning but accomplished much in communicating issues and concerns about the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act, which went into effect Dec. 18, 2008. The new law essentially demands that pools and spas be refitted with new SVRS pumps and anti-entrapment drain systems.    |
