Seeking Southern Nevada Realestate Agent... Posted: 20 Apr 2009 05:25 PM PDT Seeking Southern Nevada Realestate Agent... We are in the process of starting a corporation/LLC that would buy up foreclosures at great prices. We would be buying up mainly REO's that we can get in at virtually 0% down. The Southern Nevada Realestate Agent that we are seeking would need to be a good negotiator... Not afraid of making low-ball offers as well as working with the bank for a virtually 0% down deal. This can be done, however, there is an art to it. Do you have that talent? We are unsure how many foreclosures we are going to be buying at this time. We will start out with a few at first (rent them out) and then go from there. The price range of homes we will be looking at are between $100,000-$300,000. If you would be interested in this opportunity (as our Realestate Agent), please let us know why you feel you would be a great fit for us. Thank you! |
