A RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM PDT /9 PM MST/ THIS EVENING FOR MUCH OF SOUTHERN NEVADA...NORTHWEST ARIZONA AND THE COLORADO RIVER VALLEY FOR LOW HUMIDITIES AND GUSTY WINDS. WINDS WILL INCREASE ONCE AGAIN THIS MORNING WITH WIDESPREAD GUSTS TO 35 MPH OR GREATER EXPECTED BY THIS AFTERNOON. RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL LOWER TO BELOW 15 PERCENT DURING THE DAY AND THIS COMBINED WITH THE DRY FUELS WILL CREATE CRITICAL FIRE CONDITIONS THROUGH THIS EVENING. IN ADDITION...RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL CONTINUE TO REMAIN BETWEEN 5 AND 15 PERCENT THIS EVENING AND THROUGH MOST OF TONIGHT.
