| Posted: 02 May 2009 10:52 PM PDT every month to make our mortgage payment. I read all these agents suggesting short sale, but our next door neighbor is trying that and has had no buyer interest. I don't think any buyer is willing to pay all these hoa fees in Providence, when Providence is not building up as expected. Is foreclosure the only answer? Countrywide won't talk to us since we are current on our payments still.     |
