Is Summerlin a better area than The Lakes Country Club or Desert Shores? Which of those areas are the safest from burglaries, and have the best views? I'm coming again to LV and would appreciate local insider points of view on these (or other) areas. Thanks! |

Posted: 10 Nov 2009 09:01 AM PST I am currently living in a rental home that was foreclosedand is now owned by Fannie Mae.At the present time it is my husband , myself and our five children.Unfortunately, wedo not qualify for cash for keys. My children are quite involved in their school activities as well as exceeding in their schoolwork. I would like to purchase this home to keep from uprooting my family and to move into a less than desirable neighborhood or a failing school zone.Unfortunately, I do not meet requirements for FHA . Is there anyone out there financing under 600 any more. Is Fannie Mae giving any options other than a month to month lease to only be kicked out in thirty days or less? Please help , I'm desperate for answers in Las Vegas. |

Posted: 10 Nov 2009 05:50 AM PST looking for properties at the price of up to 100,000$ that are all ready renovated and rented (it is easier to market them that way) We prefer a company/broker/agent that buys houses renovate them and sale them with a tenant. Our profit will be a combination of marketing fee from the Israeli customer and the seller of the property. If you have your own properties for sale or know a company that does please contact me. Best regards Ken |
