A FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1030 PM PST/1130 PM
MST/ FOR EXTREME SOUTH CENTRAL CLARK...EAST CENTRAL SAN BERNARDINO
AND WEST CENTRAL MOHAVE COUNTIES...

AT 1007 PM PST...AN AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO PRODUCE
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL IN THE WARNED AREA. THIS AREA IS SLOWLY
MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST.

LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO CAL-NEV-ARI
AND COTTONWOOD COVE

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE
UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS
SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.

IN DESERT TERRAIN THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF LOW WATER CROSSINGS WHICH ARE
POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS IN HEAVY RAIN. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TRAVEL ACROSS
