A private group recently sold the 18,465-square-foot industrial building at 3910 Graphic Center Drive to Graphic Center Drive LLC. The building, purchased as an investment, was sold for $3.09 million, or about $167 per sq. ft., with a 7.5% cap rate. It was only been on the market for one week prior to selling.

Sitting on 1 acre, the building has mezzanine space and 6,080 sq. ft. of office space. Additionally, it offers front load access and 24-foot clear height.
