LAS VEGAS (AP) — The real estate market may have cooled, but Donald Trump said he's not worried about his investment in a $1.3 billion condominium tower project just off the Las Vegas Strip.

Wet 'n Wild site project proceeding, official says

The Texas-based businessman behind a proposed 1,888-foot hotel-condominium tower for the old Wet 'n Wild site said Friday he has made a $40 million land option payment and the project is proceeding.
