Cartier Bldg. Sells

Schwan's Development Corp. has sold its industrial building located at 4760 E. Cartier Ave. to RU Investments LLC. The 6,270-square-foot building sold for close to $1.53 million, or approximately $243 per square foot, with an escrow time of 30 days.

The property is on 1.68 acres. The building offers one dock, five drive-in bays and 15-foot clear height. The buyer plans to occupy the building.
