Retail Portfolio Sells for $342.9M

Kimco Realty Corp., which owns and operates a portfolio of 1,365 neighborhood and community shopping centers totaling 175 million square feet, just added 12 more through an acquisition from Wall Street Properties Co.

Located in California and Nevada, the 1.1-million-square-foot portfolio sold for $342.9 million. At the time of sale, the entire portfolio was 98.7% occupied. Acquired properties located in Nevada include:

  • D'Andrea Marketplace: Located in Sparks, NV, a 120,000-square-foot neighborhood center.
  • Galena Junction: Located in Reno, NV, a 126,245-square-foot neighborhood center.
  • Sparks Mercantile: Located in Sparks, NV, a 106-510-square-foot neighborhood center.
  • Redfield Promenade: Located in Reno, NV, a 130,054-square-foot community center.
  • Foreclosure filings continue to rise
