Crime is an issue. I would like to leave it vacant 2-3 months a year and still be there when I return. Need boat parking. NO HOA. Very easy walking to bus lines. No renters allowed. Help me or teach me about Vegas. Prefer USAA affiliated broker for the kickback. |
