| Losing board candidate can call for ballot recount Posted: 27 Oct 2012 02:58 AM PDT Q: We recently had a very contentious board of directors election and a losing candidate is now demanding that he have access to the ballots to count them himself. All candidates were allowed one auditor/observer during the official count. While I have searched through Nevada Revised Statutes 116, I cannot see where he can demand to have unfettered access to these records. What would your take be on this? |

Occasionally, the address listed is the homebuyer's mailing address and not the actual location of the home. Check the parcel number to make sure. Also, a few transactions do not reflect the market value of the homes. |
