| What is a good current ROI for cash, for a SFR rental property in Las Vegas/ old Henderson? Posted: 25 May 2011 06:49 PM PDT I'm thinking of investing in a single family residence in Las Vegas to rent out, and comparing that to other ways of using my cash that are less troublesome...but I hear the Return On Investment here is phenomenal. What percentage should I be expecting, if I look around a bit - both if a turn-key, ready to rent and under $70,000 cash to purchase; as well as if the house needs a bit of work and is cheaper. I'm staying out of North Las Vegas, but am OK with considering somewhat less marginal neighborhoods. |
