Does anyone know where I can get Average Utility Costs (Electric and Gas) for a home in Southern Nevada. I have already tried the Utility websites.

I have some foreign Clients that want to know an estimate on utility costs for the upscale ($1.2M) home they want to purchase. I know that the owner of the property can get their past bills from the utility companies (for the Energy Consumption Evaluation forms), but how does a non-owner get a good estimate? Even an average Cost/sq ft would be helpful.

WELLSFARGO FHA LOAN IS THE BEST !!!!!!!!!

Posted: 21 May 2011 10:40 AM PDT

Hi Everyone, I just wanted to let home buyers who is thinking about buying a home that doesn't have a perfect credit score to not listen to some broker and instead try directly to apply for FHA loan through wellsfargo. We got denied from one broker and he didn't even want to submit our paperwork because the underwriter want us to pay an old debts that FHA dont even care . So we decided to try out wellsfargo and I am so glad we find the best loan officer who is smart, fast and awesome. She took care of everything very quickly and very knowledgable about the process. (Shayna Muniz) Credit score at 635 we got 4.5% interest . Our loan finally approved for closing . Only took 4 weeks . So If broker denied you, dont give us but instead try with wellsfargo. If your income and debt ratio not so high , then you are good!! good luck......

FHA loan lender in Las Vegas , NV

Recently went to see broker/lender to see where I am at to get qualify for FHA loan. Broker told me that my credit score is at 662,600 and 594 lowest . I am very confused after reading that everyone kept mentioned about FICO score 620 since the score above is not from FICO because last time I checked my FICO score (equifax) I was at at least 637 . Now lender/broker told me I need about 2 months to have my credit score increase since I just recently open secure credit card and new car loan for my wife. Estimate my credit score should go up 10-15 points in 1 to 2 months. So, please tell me with $100k a year with my credit , how soon can I get qualify for FHA loan? The only outstanding 4 years old debt on my credit is $5400 & $1600 . My wife credit score is under 600 but i dont need co-borrower . SO will her credit hurt me with her repo eventhough I am not using her income ?

If I make bids on multiple houses and I win 2 bids, and accept 1, will the other entry fee be returned to me?
