We are looking for a Realtor that doesn't mind sending us Sold Comps, Lists of Recent Cash Sales and put in at least 3 to 5 low offers per day, 5 days a week. We like working only with single family homes >pre-forclosures, foreclosures, REO's, sellers that are motivated, rehabs and homes with 'price just reduced', that have been on the market for more than 60 days.

Anyone recommend a Buyer's Broker/Agent in Las Vegas?
