Why don't realtors respond to my emails?

Moving to USA soon, and I was looking for a house that will be paid in cash. Looked at the property prices in Las Vegas and was amazed. Guess I should see the house in real life, but based on the info in this ad, this seems to be an incredibly low price for a beautiful house. But when I email the realtor they don't respond. I emailed another similar property and they didn't respond either.
