| Posted: 21 Aug 2011 03:13 PM PDT I'm looking at a forclosed house. Now keep in mind I have no clue what I'm doing. The house is listed for $349.000 it was reduced $46,000 the first of August The inside is in really good shape the outside is really bad the pool mucky the pumps stolen and dead landscaping. I don't know what the normal procedure is do you bid more than asking price? Houses in the same neighbor hood are the same price in perfect shape and 400 less sq feet oh and no pool. Can someone give me some information as. what is the normal? |
