| Posted: 29 Jun 2009 10:22 AM PDT Will prices go down now? What to do? With the announcement that Reflection bay is laying off all its help and closing on the 30th of June... there are homes in Sorrento for sale that we are looking at and I cant help but feel that perhaps its not a good time to buy, just right now??? Any light shed is appreciated. Its frustrating because it seems when you are looking at a property as being on a golf course and that course closes, this is concerning. Additionally, it seems that though they say they will maintain the grounds, you cant really insure this, especially if they file bankruptcy. It seems that with the 25 Million debt they have, there may not be a buyer for them very soon, and what is this going to do to property values along this golf course?? |
