To me a recommendation IS NOT an obligation. However the agent now wants an inspection because I signed at 1st offer an acknowledgment of recommendation from the real estate office. What does this sentence below means to you ? "Please acknowledge our recommendation for you to obtain an independent home inspection." AM I obligated to have an inspection and provide a home inspection report because I sign an acknowledgment of recommendation ? My agreement is CASH on a REO with NO CONTINGENCIES NO INSPECTION. Thank you
