Posted: 20 Jun 2009 02:46 AM PDT Nationwide Modification Agency is processing my loan midification starting last week of January. Payments were made February 19 for $1,000. & March 31 for $995. April 20 foreclosure date was set. I don't know what happened. NMA required me to pay my mortgage for two months to freeze foreclosure. I made my first payment. After that never heard from NMA since then even though I kept calling them but my contact person never returned my calls. Until I was late on paying my second mortgage payment. But GMAC returned my payment due to noncompliance of the agreement. I explained to them what happened and what I believed NMA ripped me off but they never listened. And slapped me with continued foreclosure. Now I will lossed my home on July 1 due to unscrupolous agency. I need help what to do next. I have to fight for my home. We bought this house to be our home and not for investment. |

Rolladen Rolling Shutters joins Nevada Energy Star Partners Posted: 20 Jun 2009 02:01 AM PDT Rolladen Rolling Shutters is one of Nevada Energy Star Partners' newest members and a platinum sponsor of the 2009 Nevada Energy Star campaign. The 25-year-old Las Vegas company was first marketed as a way to enhance home security, but the shutters also lower power bills by reducing and blocking heat in the summer, and enhancing heat retention in the winter, according to the company's founder, Fran Minnozzi. |
