Is house on a yard difficult to sell?

We want to buy our first home in the 89129 area because we like the schools there. However the only houses within our budget are ones built on very small lots (1800-2600 sf). We are hesitated because we think we may have a difficult time to sell it down the road when we want to upgrade. What has been your experience in selling house with small yard?

How would I find a great area in Las Vegas Nevada to buy a second home?

My wife and I will be in Las Vegas the 2nd of July thru the weekend. We are interested in buying a 2 bedroom condo with a garage. We have been preapproved for $65,000. I have done research on realtor.com to find available properties. I would just like to make sure we are looking in a preferable area.
