cheapness of the prices compared to home. When i'm next back there (in a couple of weeks) i wish to investigate further asi'm assuming i'm able to buy although would (unless i got a green card) not be able to live there. Haven't looked at the rental market as yet, but id think a good investment property idea. Can't quite believe the below $50,000 Properties (and reading the Q & A's here) but 100,000 to 200,000 are the sort of things i'd be interested in and be able to pay cash, is this possible or too hard for an overseas investor ?
