I will be based at Creech AFB in Indian Springs for the next 4 years, and I am looking to buy a house that puts me within 45 min driving distance. Hopefully something around $250,000 in a good neighborhood. I've never lived on my own before so I would like a place that has qualities amenities nearby and is as safe as possible.
