buying a single-family home on a VA no down, just take over payments deal. Am still residing overseas, not wealthy n`will retire soon with steady income from foreign social security benefits n`return to LV for good. Am not yet established in the US, Bank account, Address n`am presently in the process of doing such. I Have best professional n` credit references overseas but none in the US. Is their a chance of an older GI being able to buy a home on this sort of basis in LV? What constructive options or assistance would you recommend to me? I`d appreciate any answer given, Thank you, Mike
