Building I'm looking at buying a condo from the trustee sale that NDS Corp does at the at the Nevada Legal News Building. I'm having a hard time finding a list of what is going to be for sale at auction in Las Vegas though. Ndscorp.com has some of them listed but there were many more when I actually went to the sale that I never found listed on that site. Where would be the best place to obtain a list of what is going up for public auction? Is there more then one of these types of sale in Las Vegas?

offer.. The home is listed at 230k (Bank owned) but has 15 offers. We really want to make an effort to get this home but it already has so many offers. Any suggestions? Will a higher down payment ($30k) and/or paying for closing costs make our offer more attractive?
