| Posted: 16 Aug 2009 01:17 AM PDT Building I'm looking at buying a condo from the trustee sale that NDS Corp does at the at the Nevada Legal News Building. I'm having a hard time finding a list of what is going to be for sale at auction in Las Vegas though. Ndscorp.com has some of them listed but there were many more when I actually went to the sale that I never found listed on that site. Where would be the best place to obtain a list of what is going up for public auction? Is there more then one of these types of sale in Las Vegas? |

We really want to make an effort to get this home but it already has so many offers. Any suggestions? Will a higher down payment ($30k) and/or paying for closing costs make our offer more attractive? |

OMG help me please. My lender told me he could include the closing cost in my loan but i don't want to. help please...im first time home buyer.thanks every one |
